@dj-uri-mood empezó su carrera a finales de los 90 como DJ pinchando en los mejores clubs de la ciudad de Barcelona, haciendo bailar a la gente con una mezcla de sonidos house, tech y afro muy personal, para posteriormente iniciar su carrera como productor musical. Sus producciones las define él mismo como un sonido fuertemente influenciado por la música House, pero que no sólo tiene la intención de hacer bailar, sino que trata de transmitir y hacer entender a su público que la música electrónica puede contener un mensaje más allá del ritmo, como lo hacía en sus orígenes. “La música es un instrumento para ayudar a construir un futuro mejor, volvamos a las raíces de la música house y llevemos ese mensaje a cada segundo, a cada beat” (Uri Mood).
