Suffering Optional Podcast is fantastic!
The Suffering Optional Podcast helps listeners to manage the daily challenges of life as well as navigate the fundamental problems, the existential issues, and the big traumas. The two hosts are not only professional, knowledgeable, and engaging but also relatable, passionate, and entertaining. Thank you both so much for a very needed podcast that successfully brings together the wisdom of Buddhism and skills of DBT, while being adorable and inspiring hosts!

Wow! What a podcast!
Both of these ladies are sharing such wisdom! I really like how they explain that their podcast isn’t to try and convert your beliefs to Buddhism. You can still practice your own faith but incorporate these practices/skills from DBT and the Dharma in your life to stop suffering. It’s all about helping your mental health especially if you are a highly sensitive person. I have had the opportunity to learn some DBT skills with Diana. I am amazed by her story and the life she’s had growing up all over the world. I bet she could write a book of short stories about her experiences. I would encourage anyone highly sensitive or not to listen to this podcast. It’s very informative.

Great new show!
I always love the podcasts that integrate two streams of thought. This one does just that, bridging Dialectical Behavioral Therapy — among the best-validated modern psychotherapy approaches, ever — and the ancient teachings of Buddhism. The overlap is fascinating, and the takeaways both meaningful and practical. That the co-hosts are fun and clearly enjoying the discussion makes it all the better!
