"Suffer Less" is an offering from Mirador Eco-Retreat, a small retreat in western Colorado that's chosen to go virtual for the time being. Each episode includes a short teaching about mindfulness with anecdotal examples, and a guided meditation. Mindfulness practice is accessible to anyone with a desire to experience more satisfaction, meaning, and happiness in life. It's not a quick fix and requires consistent attention, but we really can suffer less with mindfulness. I'm a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor with the Mindful Life Program™.

Everything changes, all the time. If we can truly comprehend and accept this simple truth of life, we will suffer less. Acknowledging and accepting small everyday changes, we grow more comfortable with this fundamental truth of Impermanence, and have more resilience to handle bigger changes in our lives, especially those which are beyond our control.
