Stuff My Sister Says
Stuff My Sister Says
Kritzia & Kiana
A podcast where two sisters banter over a variety of topics and talk to interesting people in our lives who are striving in their own ways to create a path for themselves. We weren’t always close, given that we are 5 years apart, but our relationship has deepened over the years. Our best talks have always been either around the dinner table or during long car rides. We want to replicate these conversations and have an open dialogue about topics that we feel as though aren’t talked about enough.
Our Confidence Journey
Welcome back to stuff my sister says! This week we talk about confidence and what that means to us. We share how the definition of confidence changed over the years and what that journey looked like. Kiana talks about how social media has changed her perspective on herself and the content that she produces. Kritzia then reflects on how she started with social media and how she’s arrived at a place where she realized that she is enough. Before that we talk about stuff on our mind where we dive into the “Chicken Wars” and NYC's new vaccine passport requirements for indoor activities such as dining and going to the gym.  As always we end the episode with what we want you to think about. Listen if you want to know about our confidence journeys and  what we have learned over the years along with the fun sisterly banter in between! Situationships are Embarrassing
Welcome back to stuff my sister says! This week we look to see if there’s a correlation between social media and the sudden rise of the glamorization of toxic relationships. Before that we start the episode by catching up on our weekends, stuff that’s on our minds; where we talk about growth and what’s been going on in Texas. We then get into the environmental facts of the week, where we talk about what first world countries are looking to do with the ever looming climate crisis. We then talk about social media and if it’s affecting the way society is glamorizing toxic relationships. Where's the Common Sense: Reddit EPS II
Welcome back to stuff my sister says! Due to computer issues we decided to make a quick Reddit episode! Since we received so much positive feedback from our previous Reddit episode, we decided to head back into the r/ Advice forums to read some stories and share our views. As usual we talk about stuff that’s been on our minds for the past week and then we end our episode with stuff we want you to think about to get the conversation going over on our Instagram.
