She has 10 years of nursing experience and is now practicing in a Medical ICU and as a Simulation Specialist at a nursing school.  Rheanne started with her ADN and is now completing a her Masters in Nursing Education.  We talked about her experience of growing as nurse with starting as a home health nurse to her current position. We also discuss having set backs like failing classes, and giving tips how to make good impressions during clinical rotations.
