Being an artiste, managing three businesses and owing a charity as an undergraduate isn't an easy task. In our last episode of this season of the Students Spotlight Series, Oyinkansola Onwuchekwa (KKC) shares her journey with us, highlighting her challenges and triumphs as a student.

It's been 4 weeks of learning on the Students Spotlight Series and it's definitely been a great time. In this episode, we do a recap of all the interviews done thus far. We also share some of the key takeaways from the people we have interviewed.

Gaining a full time offer, right after college is definitely very admirable, particularly when it's from one of the top investment banks in the world. It could also be intriguing, when such feat is achieved during a short period of building competency. Getting to understand that the period or timeframe used to build competency is not a limiting factor, and that in a short time, skills which ordinarily take a long time to develop, may take a much shorter time, with dedication and drive. In this interview, Seyikemi also takes us through how the internship recruitment process went for her, helping us understand the things she believes influenced her selection and how she prepared herself for the recruitment process. We also get to talk about Seyikemi's love for anime, and other things she enjoys and does for fun.

In this episode, the second part of this interview, we further explore the journeys of Hameed and Samuel. We learn about their failures and other life experiences that have shaped them, amongst others.

In Part 1 of this interview with Abdulhameed and Samuel, we discuss how they were able to pull off a very successful student event, alongside balancing this with their academics, such that they were able to finish with First Class grades from Mechanical Engineering. We also get to know their influences, and how they have significantly contributed to their development. This interview shows us how much impact a purposeful friendship can make.
