Welcome to Strong Girl Style! My name is Emma Lawson and I am a 21 year old girl trying to navigate my life journey. I have been a professional CrossFit Athlete for the last few years and am continuing to discover my passions. My goal with this podcast is to create a safe space where I can share my personal experiences as a young competitor, and what it’s like to be a female in a physically demanding sport.
