This week Andrew & Ted wrap up their thoughts about Season 3 of Apple TV's "Ted Lasso" ... CAUTION ... SPOILERS if you haven't already watched the final episode. The big question is "Did the final 6 episodes turn for the better or did they continue their course off the edge of the cliff like Thelma & Louise? This week Andrew and Ted discuss the HULU original "Quasi" from the comedy crew over at Broken Lizard (Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin, Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter, and Erik Stolhanske) that have brought us Super Troopers, Club Dread, Beerfest, The Slammin Salmon, and Tacoma FD. Having stated that there is only one question ... Does "Quasi" stand up to those previous works from the men children minds? Well Andrew and Ted are both familiar with those previous works of Broken Lizard so they should be able to break it down for you and let you know does "Quasi" measure up the Broken Lizard standard?

This week Andrew and Ted sit down to discuss the Netflix original ... "The Mother" ... starring Jennifer Lopez (The Mother), Lucy Paez (Zoe / The Daughter), Omari Hardwick (Agent William Cruise), Joseph Fiennes (Adrian / illegal gun dealter), and Gael Garcia Bernal (Héctor / illegal gun dealer #2). J'Lo portrays a former Special Forces / Sniper type who turns to the illegal gun trade after leaving the service. Her character is literally, while not shown, in bed with both arms dealers and is pregnant with one of theirs baby. The hitch is ... J'Lo's character (The Mother) has been caught and to save herself has agreed to work with Federal Government to put these arm dealers behind bars. While at a safe house being interviewed by the feds Adrian comes after her, taking down all the feds protecting her and as well as stabbing her in an attempt to silence her. Before Adrian can finish her off an improvised, made by J'LO's character, device goes off disrupting his actions and severely burning Adrian. Found by authorities, J'Lo's character is taken to the hospital for treatment and while there doctors perform a necessary C-Section to save both the mother (J'Lo) and child's (Lucy) lives. It's decide at that time, for the protection of the child, that the kid will be put up for adoption and J'Lo's character will be placed into the witness protection program. J'Lo's character agrees to the adoption but opts out of government protection and will fend for herself having the survival skills she possesses thanks to her street smarts and military training. Well it comes to J'Lo's attention, via her connection with Agent Cruise, that both Adrian and Héctor know about the child and will use it to draw J'Lo out of hiding. Let the Jason Bourne esque games begin. Recently coming off an at time harsh assessment of Lopez's performance in "Shotgun Wedding", what do Andrew and Ted think about not only J'Lo's performance but the movie itself. Tune it to find out!

This week Andrew & Ted discuss Peacock TV's release of "Knock at the Cabin", starring Dave Bautista (Lenoard), Ben Aldridge (Andrew), Jonathan Groff (Eric), Abby Quinn (Adriane), Rupert Grint (Redmond), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Sabrina), and Kristen Cui (Wen). "Knock at the Cabin", mystery / thriller / horror, is directed by M. Night Shyamalan. A young same sex couple (Andrew & Eric) take their adopted daughter (Wen) to a remote lake cabin to escape their city lives for a while. Little did they know they had been tracked down by a group of "End of the World" believers that believe through visions that the key to saving the world from complete and utter destruction is that one of the three, Andrew / Eric / or Wen, must die at and by the hand of one of their family members. I could go on but at this point I think it is best for Andrew & Ted to unravel this storyline. So tune into this episode of "Streaming Without A Paddle" for Andrew & Ted's perspective and thoughts.

This week Andrew and Ted watched what ended up being a double feature of what appears to be back 2 back series / movies in the Kevin Hart starring title(s) Die Hart. In this series / movies Kevin plays himself as a comedic actor that has grown tired of being the funny co-star and wants to break the stereotype that Hollywood has labeled him and become a seriously taken leading action hero. Die Hart and Die Hart 2 co-stars Nathalie Emmanuel along side Kevin. Die Hart co-stars John Travolta with extended performances from Josh Hartnett and Jean Reno whereas Die Hart 2 co-stars John Cena and Ben Schwartz.

This week Andrew and Ted sit down to discuss what they're thinking about the first six episodes of season 3 of Apple TV's Ted Lasso. Both Andrew and Ted were big fans of the first two season ... the question is ... is season 3 better, the same, or worse than seasons 1 and 2. Join Andrew and Ted as they hold their own "Ted Talk".

This week Andrew and Ted sit down and discuss Hulu's original "Boston Strangler" starring Keira Knightley (Loretta McLaughlin), Carrie Coon (Jean Cole), and Chris Cooper (Jack MacLaine). "Boston Strangler" is based upon the real life story of Boston based upon Record American Newspaper reporters Loretta McLaughlin and Jean Cole, who are credited with tying together a string of strangulation murders in Boston ... and coining the name "The Boston Strangler".

This week Andrew and Ted sit down to discuss their thoughts about Apple TV's theatrical release ... "Tetris". "Tetris" is a bio pic of the determination and associated struggles that Hank Rogers, played by Taron Egerton (Kingsman / Rocketman), went through to secure the rights of what happen to be one of the most played video games of the 80's. Developed / created by Alexey Pajtnov, a Russian computer software / hardware programmer at the Russian / State owned Dorodnitsyn Computing Centre, Tetris would go one to be one of the most popular computer / console games ever. "Tetris", the movie, is a spy type thriller / drama that lacks the all the action of say a Jason Bourne or Mission Impossible but has all the intrigue and mystery. This week Andrew and Ted sit down to discuss the Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston starring Netflix Original "Murder Mystery 2". The highly anticipated sequel to their 2019 record setting "Murder Mystery" finally dropped ... the question is ... was it worth the nearly four year wait? Andrew and Ted definitely have their thoughts about that ... along with commentary regarding Andrew getting kinda cornered in the produce section of his local grocery by a guy who thought he was his doppelganger Rick Moranis. It is definitely a fun show this week as Andrew and Ted hold more sidebars than they had in the Amber Heard / Johnny Depp trial.
