Whats new with the lab testing standards? They took the FDA/Title 21 standards for accreditation and spelled them out! No new big changes they simply spelled them out. The biggest change is the sample collection standards and even this has been offered by the transporting agencies working with the labs as a option for the last year. Now it is simply a requirement instead of a option.
