Dr. Bruce Damer is a multidisciplinary researcher, polymath scientist, and a passionate burner. Jasper Vallance is a regional burner, the co-creator of the burning seed theme camp "sunset island", and also the co-founder of Xstatic Sunsets - an events management group aimed at organising sober dance parties around Sydney, Australia.

Peter Ingram is a Wagga Wagga local burner, an art-builder, is part of the ranger and fire safety team, and the indigenous liaison for Burning Seed.
