I am here with you sharing stories of experience, strength and hope. Not one of us is exempt from facing stress or adversity in life. Some of our stress is quick seemingly meaningless moments that add up, or a darker more remarkable event that changes our life. We can also experience stress when working towards a goal and find the next steps so overwhelming that we freeze. We all have access to tools and a positive mindset, but sometimes we require a pep talk, a new set of tools and a push to remind us of what we are capable of.
