Linguist, author and film-maker, Helena Norberg-Hodge. Helena is the founder and director of the international non-profit organisation, Local Futures, a pioneer of the new economy movement, and the creator of World Localization Day. Her work, spanning almost half a century, has received the support of a wide range of international figures, including Jane Goodall and HH the Dalai Lama.   To provide greater context to this conversation and the work of Helena and Local Futures, we'd highly recommend watching two of Helena's films; Ancient Futures: Learning from Ladakh and ‘The Economics of Happiness’. Both are incredible award-winning documentaries.
