This week we have an amazing guest, Lauren Ritchie.
Lauren has her MEd in Coaching Studies, her BA in Professional Communication, a Certificate in the Art & Science of Coaching, and a bunch more amazing things.  All that just hangs on her wall but what I really love about Lauren is how passionate she is about kids!

Join us as we talk about how the leaders at the top of a youth organization need to not just state their values on the wall, or in their marketing, but how they need to model that, how to keep steady on that path when things get busy and stressful. 
What we as coaches, teachers, and parents model, is what the kids we lead will learn.
