Who Cares?
As a father of two who has been in principle and csuite roles for more than two decades, I thought this podcast could be relevant. I was wrong. It’s a man pontificating as if most people in tech aren’t men and aren’t father already. This provided no insight or inspiration, was a waste of my time. I beg the creator to just think for a second - is this helpful for our current climate?

Perfect for ambitious dads in both family and career
This is my first ever review for a podcast but I felt compelled to write it. Adam always interviews thoughtful and ambitious dads who are in the thick of building both loving families and great businesses at the same time. There’s a small but growing number of us out there, and as a new dad who cares a lot about his family and business, this podcast is the perfect kind of community and inspiration I needed to keep growing both intentionally. Adam’s also a great podcast host, very conversational and asks thoughtful questions. I’m looking forward to participating more in this community of “ambitious dads” !

Much needed
Such a lovely and much needed show for dads (and moms!) alike. Love Adam.

Where dad’s stop being polite… and start getting real
Adam had me on his show recently and all I can say is what a breath of fresh air! Sure, talking about my kids and fourth child (aka my startup) is the way to my heart – but jokes aside, the intersection between fatherhood and the workplace is such an important conversation that we aren’t having often enough. I’m excited to listen along and learn a thing or two from other startup dads.

Not a startup dad but love the show!
Even though I’m not a startup dad, I love that this show provides so many concrete insights and tips for ambitious parents (or future parents). As host, Adam provides the perfect blend of humor, empathy, and business savvy.

Meaningful conversations
Adam is entertaining, of course. Even better, he's a natural interviewer who's able to set the context for some real, meaningful conversations that make this podcast something I keep coming back to. I've recommended it to people who aren't dads, and dads who aren't in startups. Keep it coming, Adam!

I look forward to these great conversations!
I’m a bit bias in that I’m a long time product person and a fairly new dad (I have a 2 and 4 year old), but this podcast feels like it is just for me. I resonate with so many things covered on each episode. Adam’s style is also refreshing and he has away to ask the perfect questions at the right time in the coversations.

Love this podcast
People treat work like it exists solely on its own. I love hearing about the combination of work and personal stuff. Such a great intimate conversation that feels different from the other blah podcasts out there. It’s an automatic listen for me each week. Need to reference artifacts more, but maybe that’s just me. I’m a little biased.

Great show
Finally, people take the shell off and act real. Yeah, being a parent is hard. This shows hits the nail on the head, while talking about how many times we’ve all hit our thumbs in the process. It’s refreshing.
