Vlaanderen wil tegen 2027 meer bio, zowel in de winkelkarretjes als in de landbouw en voedingsindustrie. Daar liggen dus kansen, maar hoe begin je als ondernemer aan bio? Komt er veel administratie bij kijken en hoe zit het met de certificering? Kan je zomaar biovoeding verwerken op een plek waar je ook niet-bio produceert? Is bio commercieel wel interessant? Wij legden al deze vragen voor aan zes bedrijven die in een niet zo ver verleden de stap naar bio hebben gezet.
