Mr. Rafferty serves in the New York Field Office and came to the Secret Service after retiring as a Captain in the New York Police Department. Mr. Rafferty served the NYPD for 25 years and in 2010 came to the Secret Service. Prior to the NYPD, he served in the U.S. Army and received his BA in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Public Administration.
