Wellness encompasses more than just the physical. It is body, soul (mind) and spirit. The feeling of burn-out and imbalance comes when one is off kilter or not given the attention it needs. 

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving!
