My podcast is called Stabled High Life because I talk about ways we can get to that happy place in our lives without depending on substances to take us there. See I've heard this plenty of times that people do drugs, or alcohol because it "takes their pain away" or that "it takes me so high that all of my problems feel so far away" but I'm here to tell you that you can get to that point without depending on drugs or alchohol to get you there. You just have to take one step at a time.. starting with Self-improvement.
