I was contemplating some of the obstacles that get in the way with learning as adults and I realized one of the biggest things is the squidginess of taking action. We love a good theory moment and consuming all the content - but the application of that content? Forget about it! It's VERY uncomfortable which is why we just go back for more books, podcasts, courses, etc! In this episode I break down the reality of learning and where we can start to shift our body image!
