Marie first came to yoga when she attended an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class at It’s Yoga in Columbus Ohio, while seeking to heal from a hip surgery. As with all of our human journeys, Meghan’s has been filled with much joy and much sorrow. Carol remembers falling in love with writing in public school. Journaling, poetry, prose, dreamwork - writing has been her life-long refuge. "It's a spiritual practice, like yoga or prayer, turning the invisible -- the mystery, fear, love, and passion -- into the visible word.
