Today's episode is what my first episode should have been. It's so important, that before we get into all there is to talk about, we need to come to acceptance about ourselves, our lives, and our experiences. This can go as a deep as forgiveness, and it can be as simple as "letting bygones be bygones." I will not provide step-by-step manual, but I'm encouraging you to begin to acknowledge acceptance, and bring into your daily practices, as we move forward.
