This is a topic that I know is super heavy but The Holy Spirit has seriously been nudging me to speak about this for weeks now. I have unfortunately felt all of these three things and so I go into how that made me feel, how God changed my heart, and some tips I have for you to combat this! My biggest tip is prayer, seeking God, and community.
