We all have our s**t!
We all struggle with something on one level or another and it is important for us to recognize that one addiction isn't worse than another.
If you aren't harming another you could be harming yourself and that is just as bad.
This week we spoke about DMX, Addictions, and knowing when to say when essentially with our own alerts and the alerts or signs we may receive in another situation with other people.

Took a while to get here BUT we made it to Episode III!!
Was Oprah too harsh or did she hit every nail on the head?
I know the buzz on this topic may have dies down but the principal of what goes on behind closed doors and speaking your truth is still alive and well.
Tune and tap into to real conversation and our take on the royal family and the incident specifically with Meghan and Harry Markle choosing to leave their sworn duties of England!

Episode II: The Revelation, speaks to encouraging you to trusting yourself. You have to know yourself and have true friendship with self in order for this to work. Know that the timing in your life and the feeling that you have within isn't a coincidence. It's your intuition, listen to it.
Share this episode with someone who you know is having a hard time moving forward! We got you, You got this!
Tune IN!!!
The revelation is that you control your world...
You control your destiny..
This isn’t in the sense that we’re pulling the strings above what we CANT control,
but we’re in tune and aligned with what we CAN control ..
and we choose to walk in that daily.
Love you guys!

For hundreds of years, black women have been at the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to equality in the medical industry, equality movements such as women's suffrage, police brutality recognition and career choices. Constantly told to sit down and be quiet, to even be grateful. Many of us have had the unfortunate experience of being under treated when we go in for care and many of our sisters do not make it our alive due to that lack of care. Fighting fights alone because we are seen as "the strong one". Beginning movements but somehow being excluded from reaping the benefits. Inspiring change all around the world, yet the last thought on everyones mind. When battles are said and done, we are still running the race and fighting to be heard.
When does it stop? When will our pain and endurance begin to be seen as a fact and not opinion?
We are not victims... We are warriors!
We're talking about it so let's dive right on in!

WE ARE BACK !
With the world in a mental and physical state of turmoil, we thought there'd never be a better time to speak on the real issues per usual, lol . This episode is very vulnerable, it is near and dear to both of our hearts as Black Women and we pray you receive a truth that sets you free in some way in this episode!
We love you and care about your feedback .

There is no doubt that communication between ♀ and ♂ can many if not most of the time be misconstrued. “For men, communication is a way to negotiate for power, seek wins, avoid failure and offer advice, among other things. For women, communication is a way to get closer, seek understanding and find equality or symmetry.”
-Online Park Edu 12/12/2017
This week, we talk about how to break down the barriers and become more communicative with each other for better understanding.
While there may not always be a complete understanding of perspective, we can learn to be more accepting of one's perception even if we do not agree. Because in a world where many things can make you feel lonely, the last thing we should be doing is making someone feel inferior emotionally.
Let's dive right on in!

Thank you all for being faithful listeners, we appreciate you more than you know.
We had a special guest for this week's episode @oooolajuwon who is the CEO of @EastSideGolf and was able to share his point of view on the matter. We dug really deep, we gave him no mercy! Lol
This episode is to highlight the truth in Black Women deserving love that does not include suffering first. Remember that it all starts with you and a relationship does not equate to happiness!
As always, genuinely listen and let us know what you think!
