Episode eight covers chapter seven of the book as Larken prepares to attend The Sailor Ball, reluctantly, with Jackson Winslow and agrees to do Bunny a favor.

Episode seven takes us to a quaint Lowcountry location leading up to the social event of the year where Larken is both without a date or a dress.

Episode six is the first half of chapter six and gives us a review of Larken's first six weeks back in Charleston as a coastal, southern spring is in full swing. She makes some peace with David internally while Jackson Winslow's sudden interest digs up old, emotional turmoil.

Episode five introduces you to the elusive Jackson Winslow... much to Larken's dismay. With Dr. Miles still on her mind, details of Jackson's life and ex-girlfriend are revealed.

Episode four picks up where we left Larken last... passed out and with a knife in her toe. We meet the handsome and arrogant Dr. Miles and Larken is presented with the idea of getting a job.

Episode three returns Larken to her roots in Charleston, South Carolina where you're introduced to the charming Lil Ashby and Bunny's way of life.

Episode two begins with an introduction to the larger-than-life Bunny Ashby, Larken's overbearing southern mother. As details of Bunny's own complicated love life and Larken's childhood are revealed, you are drawn into the life that Larken once had in Charleston.

Episode one introduces you to our main character, 24-year-old Larken Devereaux, as her fiancé tells her he has met someone else. Read by author Sarah Sadler.
