Hello my friends! I was casually scrolling my new feeds on Fb / Instagram and a reel popped up which was about sleep paralysis. The word “sleep paralysis” seemed interesting to me hence I started researching about the same. I don’t when and How I spent around 2 hours on the research and what I found felt me like it had happened with me when I was a kid. I don’t know if it’s a myth or there something more behind this ?
