Earlier this year, God gave me a prophetic vision and word. I was in my room, sitting on my bed and was scanning through the pages of my Bible when suddenly, I saw a vision of a huge pierced foot. I was taken aback and immediately spoke to God and said, "Lord, I think I just saw your foot." And then I heard Him drop these words to me, "Love Me Like Mary."
If you are anything like me (goal-oriented and results-driven) chances are, you might also have had seasons in your life where you feel, you are not doing good enough. No matter what you do or how hard you try, you just don't measure up. Now, we already know that we can never earn our salvation through our works but sometimes, our driven-selves just gets in the way and misdirects our faith from the person of Christ. But Jesus, being the Great Teacher that He has always been, illustrated to me what He realy is after: OUR RELATIONSHIP.
Come and tune in to today's show as I share one of the most intimate revelations God had given me. How He illustrated to me the life of Mary from Bethany and showed me what made Him commend her faith, not just once, but twice, as recorded in the Bible. God is not after our performance but our relationship. He longs for our intimacy. Let that sink deep in our hearts. Grab your cups of coffee and your Bible and let's all learn how to love Jesus like Mary.

Hi, guys! Its Thursday and I am thrilled to share with you this week's episode.
I am away for the week for some ministry work but I am leaving you with this episode (previously uploaded from our YouTube channel). I believe this message remains relevant to our time today as we continue to battle against corona. We are at the tail end of this virus but it is still easy for fear to creep in and hinder us from walking in full confidence and authority in our faith.
Times are changing, paradigms are shifting and there is still no telling when this virus is ending. But the truth remains, we serve a great and mighty God. Jesus always gets the final say. I invite you to tune in and sit down with me for a short devo talk as we unpack the great promises and revelations of God in Isaiah 41:10.

Hi, guys! A few days late but here is this week's episode with a slight twist.
The name of Jesus is expressed all throughout the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testament. In this week's episode, I share with you 100 names of Jesus all backed up by bible verses. This 20-minute guided meditation aims to help you reflect on the wonderful name of Jesus Christ, his different roles, facets and attributes.
Psalm 99:5 says, "Exalt the LORD our God, And worship at His footstool— He is holy.”
There's something about exalting the name of God. This is actually one of my favorite things to do during my prayer time and it has never failed to help me enter the portal of access to His Presence. I'm so thrilled to be sharing this list with you but if you want a hard copy of this, I'd be happy to give it to you for free. Follow me on instagram @soundsgoodwithjoanne to know how! :)

So many people today still walk around coming from a place of defeat instead of victory. In this eoisode, we will examine God's word concerning our position and authority as Christians. How we should not look at things on a surface level and recognize the principalities at work behind certain situations in our lives. How the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross has given us the power and authority to overcome the power of darkness.

Struggling with anxiety or depression as a Christian is not easy. There is a whole stigma around this mental illness especially if you are a professed Christian. In an attempt to bridge this gap, I share with you my mental health struggles during the peak of corona and our community lockdown. How I lost my job and got caught with an overwhelming cycle of dread and panic. In summary, this season in my life was like a walkthrough in the book of Ecclesiastes. The fact of the matter is, no matter how much we exhaust all our efforts in pursuing fulfillment from this world, we will never be satisfied apart from the Presence of God.
