As he was walking to the mall with a high school friend, Oleg had one of those moments that touched him to his core. As he stood there bawling, he knew he had to learn about his past and particularly about his birth mom.   Oleg Lougheed had relinquished his parents' rights and entered a Russian orphanage at the age of 9 and was adopted at 12 by an American family.
