This podcast is hosted by two ex-police officers who are passionate about jiujitsu and self-mastery. Jackson Gage and William Dennis worked together at the same Police department in a violent city in California, Jackson for 10 years and William for 7. Both were forced to retire after being diagnosed with PTSD. Jiu Jitsu has brought so much positivity into both of their lives in a short amount of time and they want to share their experiences through this podcast.
