Moving Forward with Courage
In this final episode of this mini series, I lay out the stages of growth that can take place when we make space to connect with our true selves. Ultimately this leads to empathy, which can make way for forgiveness, reconciliation, and peacemaking. Courage is needed throughout this whole process because this kind of growth is so vulnerable.
