Ryan welcomes acclaimed occult historian Mitch Horowitz and author and occultist Sarah Lyons for a fascinating conversation exploring the intersection of UFOs, consciousness, magick, and the occult. Together, they examine Jacques Vallée's interdimensional hypothesis, the connections between UFO encounters and psychic phenomena, the occult history of New York's Hudson Valley, the limitations of modern skepticism, and whether science and spirituality are beginning to converge. They also discuss ceremonial magic, synchronicity, Aleister Crowley, and why the UFO phenomenon may be far stranger, and far more interconnected with human consciousness, than we've ever imagined.Follow Mitch Horowitz: https://www.instagram.com/mitchhorowitz23/Follow Sarah Lyons: https://www.instagram.com/citymystic/Join us at ANOMACON on September 12th: http://www.anomacon.comSend us a voicemail: https://www.speakpipe.com/SomewhereSkiesPodPatreon: http://www.patreon.com/somewhereskiesByMeACoffee: http://www.buymeacoffee.com/UFxzyzHOaQSubstack: https://ryansprague.substack.com/All socials and books: https://linktr.ee/somewhereskiespodFollow Suzanne on X: https://x.com/csuzannelandersEmail: [email protected]Opening theme song by SeptembryoClosing song by Per KiilstofteAdditional music by Punch Deck: https://www.youtube.com/@PunchDeckCopyright © 2026 Ryan Sprague.
