This podcast is a great source of reliable information on Human Trafficking and what it looks like in the U.S. So glad these stories are being told!

This is an amazing way to tell a story. I love the ease of this podcast to send out very informative information and get to know the truth from someone who has walked the road. I will definitely share and continue to tune in.

I just listened to the first two podcasts of Someone Like Me. It is very informative and inspiring to hear first hand accounts of human trafficking right here in our state. It is so sad that this issue exists, but in order for it to stop, we must acknowledge the issue, help survivors, and prevent others from being trafficked. End Slavery TN is in this work. I encourage others to listen to these survivors’ stories.

Just discovered this and I’m so glad that I did. I’ve always been passionate about ending human trafficking and I love how real this podcast is. Makes even more passionate about it and helps me understand how to get involved from where I am. Also a great and easy way to spread the word of what’s happening with other people.

This is as real as it gets. And who else would pull off this unvarnished presentation of the truth of human trafficking than the pioneers at End Slavery Tennessee. Brave survivors, presented by brave producers. Stories everyone should hear.

Produced by my first ever teacher in anti-trafficking work, Derri Smith, and hosted by an old college friend, Leslie Eiler, this podcast is the only one I trust and tune into regularly because the stories come straight from a.) people who have lived it and b.) people who have dedicated their lives to facing the work head on and with integrity. The stories are real and the facilitators are dedicated professionals, committed to educating, letting survivor stories take the center stage, and separating fact from fiction. This is a must listen for anyone looking for more education on human trafficking, through straight talk without embellishment, sensationalism, or filtering. Such a credit to the work.
