I can’t possibly put into words how helpful Ken has been to both myself and business. I find he touches on every issue I have faced or will face in my cleaning business. I’ve relied on his knowledge and used his moral values as a compass to guide the direction of my own business. If you’re a solo cleaner, entrepreneur, growing business-anyone can benefit from his podcasts!!

I have been cleaning for the past 3 years just part time. This past year I decided quit my full time job and really start up my own cleaning business! Getting started has definitely been a journey, figuring out all the legal end of things for a business was the hard part for me because the cleaning was definitely easygoing for me! After 4 months I began to wonder if having a boss would be easier than being my own boss.... “ I could just work at a bank” I kept tossing that idea around for a while. Then I decided to start listening to a cleaning podcast and long behold it was Kens podcast Smart Cleaning School. This podcast allowed me to hear other people’s stories everything from their high point to their lowest points. Sharing things that I never thought about or came across yet! This INSPIRED me! It’s human to think those things, we have days that we feel off! It is THAT easy to be your own boss and make a great living CLEANING! Thanks again Ken for the well needed inspiration and I will be listening to every podcast!

Just listened to the Kelly Jones two-parter and loved it. Would love to hear the in-depth stories of cleaners telling their past mistakes, goals, hopes, despairs, and struggle to get where they are today. Very relatable.

Blessed to have found this podcast is an understatement! I started my own cleaning company in the middle of a pandemic. I was faced with the need for a flexible schedule and some financial gain. I turned to the thing I knew and loved, cleaning! Ken has been a voice of reason as I headed out to take on this BIG venture. He was so relatable and I could emotionally connect to his story. Fast forward to now, my first phone call with a real life Celebrity…at least in my daughters and my eyes. LOL! He was just as insightful, knowledgeable, and encouraging on the call. He shares business lessons, mindset hacks, parenting advice, and a whole lot more. I don’t even have a cleaning business, and I love this show. I have been listening to Ken since 12/3/2020. I grew to want to be a cleaner and found his podcast. After listening to several episodes I realized that this guy was me. He's just a house cleaner! Just a normal guy like any other guy. I have been listening to several podcast and motivational speakers and while they are great and all, Ken actually got me out of the bed and on to my feet. He's not a multi billion dollar speaker. He's just a normal guy! His stories are very relatable and very down to earth! This is real life stuff folks! I could write a book here in this review it I’m going to try to keep it short. I stumbled upon this podcast from a link on a Pinterest article and decided to check it out while, you guessed it scrubbing toilets! I’ve been binging so hard on it the past couple days. I’ve caught myself saying so many times out loud “yes, exactly, thank you someone gets it” a lot of fantastic information in this podcast. It really can be done, I know because I’m doing it. My path a bit different from how it’s been spoken of on this podcast but I wanted to do it this way. I had the means to slowly built my work load up. I’ve been “full time” meaning 5-6 days a week averaging 28ish hours a week with 4 commercial properties and 20 homes! Seriously this podcast is jammed full of great information and insight in bite size doses.

As a fellow solopreneur but in the sales and marketing space, I’ve taken for granted what my cleaning service professionals do sometimes. I’ve already advised Barbara, our own solo-service provider, to check our your show! She works hard and does my clients’ office and her own home. Plus she handles all of my brother-in-laws’s jobsite cleanups and his own home. More solopreneurs need to understand the importance of scalability, balance of time freedom, and profitability. Lastly, the end importance of a healthy, successful, life balance.

I would challenge anyone to find a more committed or passionate individual in the cleaning business than Ken Carfagno.
