What do you do when ”life” happens to your training program? Chris and Spencer have done everything from competing at the CrossFit Games mulitple times, coaching teams there, taking on epic adventures like paddle boarding the Nepali coast, backcountry split board trips, downhill mtb racing, and riding motos. All along with successfully managing and owning gyms for over 15 years each. We are passionate about helping people find the BEST way for them to train as an individual, embrace what we know and love, all the while expanding our experience and territory. These episodes are designed to help you think what that may look like for you, answer questions from listeners, spark conversation, and embrace finding ways to train that give you the lifestyle you have always wanted.
Does a Gym Need to Evolve to Stay Open?
This week Spencer and Chris talk though some of the old gyms they visited in the days when simply having a facility to drop a barbell was a highlight. Are they still around? Did they sell? What keeps a gym around for 15+ years and do they have to evolve? Lots to dig in, and if you're in this boat or have those same questions we would love to hear from you in the comments under our reviews.
