Your Saddle Isn’t the Issue… Your Life Choices Might Be
Cycling Demystified isn’t a polished studio production and it doesn’t pretend to be. The audio can be a little rough at times, but the information is rock solid. These guys have thousands of fits under their belts, and somehow every episode manages to teach me something useful… whether I want to learn it or not. Wei plays the straight man, calmly walking things back to first principles in a nighttime radio DJ voice. The other guy (Matt? James? Phil? Fred?) is a full-time curmudgeon, questioning everything and everyone with impressive consistency. His British accent has been copied by Catherine Tate herself. The guest is… guestly, which somehow works. If you’re into nerdy bike fit conversations, road-centric thinking, and the kind of details only fitters and serious riders obsess over, this podcast is absolutely worth your time. It’s honest, opinionated, occasionally grumpy, and genuinely educational. If bike fit is your thing, this one belongs in your rotation.
