In today's episode, I wanted to talk about growing pain and the feelings around growth and how society has accustomed us to the word grow, and how it might mean good or bad in different contexts! I have been growing and evolving for the past 6-8 months almost to the point of I don't even know what I like or who I want to be at this moment and I am learning to accept that. In this episode I give you some of my best tips for navigating change and how beneficial change can be in all of our lives even if we arent exactly sure why at first.

* Old Instagram photos and videos
* Humans as brands
* Brands don’t change or evolve as much as humans do
* Wanting to try everything and be everything and not being “successful” at it
* Isn’t simply trying a success in itself
* Moments in transitions
* Adapting to understanding that things are not meant to stay the same
* Why are we rewarding and more receiving of old concepts and ideas and resist and fight all new things
* As a society we can become more adapt to an ever changing and evolving society and stop kicking and screaming at any slight transition
* Things are evolving faster than what we can even keep up
* How can we become more comfortable with change in our own lives and the lives around us
* Surrender
* Stop resisting. You are not in control. The more you resist the more you are afffirming to yourself and the universe that you don’t need help or guidance and are not receiving of it. You are affirming that you want to remain stagnant and comfortable. Surrendering to your evolution means you affirm that you are built for more and that you are willing to surrender any old thought process or habit in order to evolve.
* Accept
* Accept that you are not in control and that whatever is happening in your life is pushing you further into your purpose. Accept that whatever is happening in your life may seem like you’re falling apart or that everything you’ve done up to this point no longer matters but you know I’m the end it is for the greater good of your life.
* Think of a time of crisis and what positive outcomes came of it. Or any ah ha moments that came after where you were like oh shit if that wouldn’t have happened I would’ve been in a really weird position now. Call it God. Call it the universe. Whatever. Accept that your life is in diving alignment and fulfillment therefore you accept and allow all that comes your way.
* Flow
* You may be thinking there’s no way I can just surrender and accept what is happening to me right now. The more you resist the longer it will take for you to flow through the circumstance or as I like to call them growing pains. If you are in a state of resistance and your fighting until you release the resistance and flow you will remain in the same state of stress and pain. Flow. Take a deep breathe and let the circumstances and emotions flow through you like air or water. Surrender your control. Accept your current state. Flow through the emotion.
* Exist
* We came to this physical world to experience life. Life is not all rainbows and butterfly’s and it’s not all bad. Life consist of heartbreak, changes, love, sadness, etc… it is up to us to choose how we want to live through these emotions. Do we want to fight them off with a big stick or do we approach it with an attitude of “oh okay cool this part of life is happening to me, this is part of the experience, because of this I can know be more loving or relatable because I know I am not the only one going through this. Flow with the grow.
