The comfort zone is a term used widely in society for something that is bad. In today's episode, we dive into what a comfort zone is and what getting uncomfortable means for me. Life is all about balance and the comfort zone is not excluded from that.

I become inspired
Motivated
Focused
Challenged to grow
Humbled
Reflective
The balance between the comfy and the uncomfy
The comfy is necessary at times
