We’ve decided to brainstorm how we can address the issue of contact tracing in areas with poor connectivity. In our countries, Peru and India, there are many areas with low network connectivity, but this may be the case in other countries too. We will introduce some contact tracing concepts and suggestions to show how our different  approaches as a psychologist, anthropologist and computer scientist can help us to offer a more nuanced perspective.
