Law 3 covers the players and includes things like the number of players on the field, substitutions, changing the goalkeeper, and how to handle extra persons on the field and if a goal is scored with an extra person on the field. Law 4 covers the players' equipment. It covers things as what they can and cannot wear, what can be on their equipment as far as slogans, pics and more, and how to handle the situation if they violate any rules.
