Grieving loss and staying sober
In November of last year my family and I lost three of our fur babies ( 16, 14 and 14) in a two week period. My first experience with loss and grief in sobriety. In todays episode I wanted to share a few things that helped me stay sober while allowing myself to feel. It’s not easy but I hope some of the things that helped me can help you too.
