For our debut episode, we’re joined by Councilwoman Rebecca Noecker from Ward 2. She shares her insights on educational equity and early childhood development in St. Paul, highlighting the challenges families face with rising childcare costs and limited access. We’ll also discuss the Yes for Saint Paul Families initiative, designed to help low-income families access affordable child care and encourage providers to expand their services, benefiting children, parents, and the local economy.
