I called my podcast "Snooze by jinxme"... because I want you to unwind and relax When the world is rushing you, some of us feel leftout... people in war zone countries,  people with terminal illness,  people confined to bed, people who are lonely yet fighting a battle to keep up... I do know everyone has something to deal with... some have greater things to handle... My only qualification is I am human just like you... I just want to talk about various topics to uplift you... could be anything from Decluttering Ur space, breathing exercises,  quotes , doing little meditation ... anything to make u feel better...Even if it helps single person , I m greatful... I am Christian but the podcast will be inclusive of all religions even for atheist... because everyone is valuable irrespective of their beliefs and disbelief... everyone is welcome ALL MY EPISODES AIMS TO MAKE YOU HAPPIER > REDUCE STRESS and pain , if we can’t reduce stress and pain , how do we cope with issues N STILL BE positive ABOUT LIFE.
