The title really does say it all! Sean is always able to make a real connection with people and you can hear it in how he speaks to his guests but also in how they engage with him- it pulls you in to being a “fly on the wall” in a great coaching conversation. Second, Snacks doesn’t take himself too seriously while also being very serious about his guests and the art/science of coaching. Always a laugh during the episode and you get to be in on the joke (not always true when you listen to a podcast for the first time or don’t know the creator and guests yourself). Third, Snacks brings on guests we want to hear and learn from, even if you don’t always know what you’re getting into until the episode is going. I learn something from each episode, even just advancing a concept I already know. Snacks, thanks for bringing your voice, insight, humor and guests (friends) into my AirPods to help keep me on the path and bring me new ideas to push my growth!
