I’ve been a fan of Jenna and Smarther News since it’s beginning. I love how fair she is with her topics. Her presentation is always engaging, whether it’s just her talking or interviewing guests. I highly recommend this podcast!

It feels as though she’s so concerned about being unbiased that she never really reports on news. I feel there are better news resources who can report on what is happening in an unbiased way, she is not it.

I used to be a smarther news stan. I recommended her social channels and podcast so frequently, people stopped asking “where did you hear that” and started saying “oh is that from smarther news?” whenever I would start sharing things people didn’t know about. However, we are now 11 months into the most diabolical and despicable administration of recent history, and she has not once accurately (or at all) covered the very real threat to American citizens that is ICE, she has completely sympathized with DJT’s cabinet on very unconstitutional things, and gives zero context when sharing misinformation from this administration. She simply regurgitates what’s happening without any clarification as to whether or not the information coming from this administration is true, factual, or constitutional. I don’t know if it’s fear from being targeted by this administration, or the fact that her FIL is a Republican congressman who could be adjacency impacted by the news she shares, but it has gotten to the point where she’s no longer a trustworthy source of real, accurate news of things that are impacting every day Americans. Her coverage of the Epstein files is essentially non-existent, and that should be a hard line for everyone. We are talking about predators who SA children… silence speaks louder than anything when it comes to the hard news that Americans deserve to know about. She also mutes followers on her social media channels who disagree with what she says, all while saying she appreciates open and honest discourse. Give me a break. Maybe once Trump is finally out of office she’ll return to being a worthy news source.

Jenna does an incredible job giving quick, concise, and fair news reporting. She gives great perspective and empowers people to be curious and seek liberty. She’s relatable and meek, and I wish THIS was mainstream news.

Excellent News Source! Jenna is straight forward and well versed. I grew up listening to 24 hour news and talk radio in my home and I have all but cut news out entirely as an adult. SmartHER News is a fantastic liaison to bridge the news overload and under-load. I can feel up to date on events while not carrying that constant noise and anxiety that other sources breed.

Jenna works to be non-partisan in a way that I’ve not seen elsewhere, which is why I’ve stuck with her for 5+ years. She is EXCELLENT at covering foreign relations and she does a good job covering business from her past on Fox News Business. She has close familial ties to the military that assists her journalism coverage, which I appreciate. She’s also sparingly mentioned another family member who is currently in congress. That family member is sympathetic to those who participated on January 6. I credit Jenna with pulling me from following accounts that were more sensational or conspiratorial or storytellers rather than true journalism. Oddly, she has begun referencing HIH on occasion, which is one page I specifically realized was unreliable after following SmartHer News for so long. Last note: when I ask people who are also journalists, they’ve generally not been overly impressed, but take that as you will. I obviously still follow. All in all, I recommend. Non-partisan (but acknowledging that we all have partialities) news. Her podcast stays more true to her mission than her social media.

I have been a scoop member for over a year and it is honestly the most helpful and best decision I could have made. I so appreciate all the hard work Jenna puts into her coverage and the quality is unmatched! It is so refreshing in our age of social media and flashy headlines to be able to go here and find the important details without all the other noise. Thank you for all you do and this wonderful service you provide!

I love listening to Jenna and love the way she reports but phew this latest one with the guy regarding Russia was rough. All I got from this guy is that America needs to be sending unlimited funds to Russia even “at great financial hardship” to our own people. With no accountability or responsibility from Ukraine regarding how they’re using our money. Sorry buddy, majority of Americans don’t want that at all and you did nothing to convince me otherwise. Jenna kept trying and trying to get more from him but he was just spouting absurdities.

Jenna’s reviews are calming and concise without commentary. I do wonder however if in her efforts to remain nonpartisan, she explicitly avoids fact checking controversial topics or refuting false statements. Her reviews are broad to appeal to both sides without stepping on toes. How to get detailed actual facts without endless opinion bloviating? I’m still searching but appreciate Jenna’s approach as it doesn’t leave me wanting to tear my hair out.

I love these new quick hit podcast! It is great to listen to what is going on right now without having to listen to long podcast, which I love Jenna’s long podcasts too! I usually listen while getting ready. Also when Jenna says she is non partisan she means it! She is always respectful of all sides. She is a real jewel in news media!

The news is stressful enough without reporters taking sides and being over dramatic for ratings. With SmartHerNews I stay informed with less anxiety. I’m so tired of networks and reporters telling me how I should think and feel. I am an intelligent woman. SmartHerNews respects me enough to give me just the facts, so can decide where I stand. Such a breath of fresh air!

This is what news should be. News should NOT push a political “side”. It is sharing facts of who, what, when, where and why so we can make up our own minds. We don’t need more commentary, we need to go back to some real journalism, and that is what SmartHer News gives.

Jenna has been my go to source for all things news for several years. Her latest addition of Quick Hits has been amazing especially with the ever changing narrative in news. I get informs of the facts so that I can go about my day feeling a little smarter ;). Thank you!

I try to stay informed and knowledgeable about the news. I would listen to podcasts that lean toward my beliefs but would get hot headed just like the reporters. I was finding podcasts, news reports and articles to be not only anxiety inducing but also infuriating at time. Selling fear and extremes- using headlines to manipulate the public. A friend recommended this podcast and it has been life changing. Fact-based, level-headed reporting. I find myself a smarter consumer of the media, and their strategies. I understand what both point of views are. I actually receive information that I can use and digest to form my own opinion. This extends beyond politics, but to world news and cultural stories as well. As we know feelings are valid, but not always fact. Thank you, Jenna!

Since I started listening to SmartHer news, I feel, literally, smarter. The network news shows almost all feel biased or exploitative, SmartHer news is educational and never feels biased. When I watch the news, or see news posts on social media, I feel anxious and overwhelmed. I feel like I have no real control or influence over my world. It makes me want to cry. I shut down and simply don’t watch anymore. SmartHer News has reawakened my interest in important events in our country and in our world. I am grateful this platform exists and appreciate Jenna’s authenticity and her sincerity and approach to providing non-partisan, fact-based timely and relevant information, that actually makes me feel like I am informed and current.
