So when you eat a bad food product like fast food be mindful ask questions it is good or not for your body. So take good fuel and use it.

Old is gold. Where were these diseases, food rules, stress 30-40 years ago. Technology=Less load more Stress. So, take organic food and do physical activity for at least 1 hour a day. Be happy, positive and practical

Human body can be compared with a bike. Like bike requires fuel we also require fuel. But what if we add wrong fuel in our bike. Then bike would not work. Same we are adding bad fuel in our body.Like bike requires service ,our body also require service i.e.fast. So take good fuel, do physical activity and do fast 1-2 times in a week.
