At the time, Lisa was working as a senior graphic designer in New York City and began doing the b3 online workouts each morning. She quickly fell in love with barre3's alternate approach to fitness. Lisa was born and raised in Queens, New York where she currently lives with her husband and studio co-owner Luke. In her path towards a more holistic lifestyle, she continues to connect with barre3’s focus on whole-body health, something she’s truly passionate about sharing with the LIC community.
