In Amanda we will ALWAYS trust
Just wanted to be another voice to support you and thank you for what you do for our communities. I've learned so much from you and am so happy that I can trust the information and resources you share with us. There are so many opinions and the internet let's ppl magnify stupid takes and think pieces for engagement. Lots of us see the real and your heart. We love you.

Love you, Amanda!
Youā€™re a light against these dark forces. We support you and have your back. I am so sorry for what you have been experiencing these last few weeks from dark forces in our communityā€”The Root and Essence Magazine. You have a right to your feelings. Theyā€™ll continue to play in your face, but we ā€œclock the tea.ā€ You can guarantee support from me. Iā€™ll buy, listen, and watch your work. We support you!

Love it
Love this podcast - loved in particular the episodes with Chidera Eggerue, Sherilyn Ifill, and Richie Reseda, as well as the ā€œtoo muchā€ episode. Actually getting large doses of knowledge and food for thought.

So real
I wasnā€™t always a fan of Amandaā€™s approach but I have grown to respect and value it tremendously. I like when she introspect with her guests. This is the best Amanda.

Thank you for being you!
I know Iā€™m not your target audience, but Iā€™m here for every word and learn a new perspective from every episode, in for all concepts social, civil, relationships. Love your voice in all ways. Love your curated guests. Thank you for all you do!

Ritchie Reseda
This podcast should be required listening to every HS student in the USA. Required. I really needed some inspiration and after reading about Ritchie in Ijeoma Oluoā€™s new book and hearing him talk about him on her book tour, I was so glad to hear your conversation. I appreciate you Amanda.

Amanda Seales is a pivotal point in education.
Amanda and her guests speak the truth in a very digestible way. This podcast uses common vernacular, current phrases and defines words for concepts that oppressive systems try to uphold and hide under vague language. Not only that, she teaches us how to dismantle these systems. I have been listening for years and will continue.

Hereā€™s to the Flow
Listening to Episode 308 on my way back from Mass and it truly is A Message. I also just listened to Mr. Franklinā€™s episode 303 AND WHEEW my black Catholic heart is readyšŸ’™ Mr. Franklin hit the nail on the head. Trust me, I had a decade of deconstructing, to put the heavy weight of the religion I carry and looking back I honestly thought the faith wasnā€™t for me but Iā€™ve found God is more than the discrepancies of being human and I hear the call to show that there is love, even here in the church of the unloveable. This podcast just became my best friend šŸ«¶šŸ¾šŸŒŗšŸ’™ Here are your roses Amanda šŸŒ¹šŸŒ¹šŸŒ¹ canā€™t wait to watch the documentaryšŸ™šŸ¾

Really love the show. Even when I donā€™t agree 100% with something thatā€™s said itā€™s still overall great content that I enjoy listening to in my free time. Big fan of you and the pod!!!

Highly recommend to learn more about the world we live in
My goal is to learn more about all the things Amanda Seales talks about with her subject matter expert guests. I am here to listen. Think about what Iā€™ve heard. And how to incorporate this new found knowledge into my life to be a better friend.

I always want a bigger dose
I canā€™t wait to hear the next episode after I finish one and get a bit upset I have to wait a week because this podcast is so good! Amanda is definitely a dose of medicine everyone needs.

So many gems!
I honestly feel like Amanda Seales is my soul sister. We totally be going through the same thing at the same time. I love listening to her podcasts because theyā€™re often so applicable to my own experiences. Anyway, this latest episode with Chidera Eggerue is SO GOOD! Loving every second. So many gems!!

There isnā€™t a dose small enough
Amanda Seales is a hypocrite and is monetizing on topics about which she knows nothing. Spreading misinformation to masses is dangerous and breathtakingly ignorant.

Thank you Amanda Seals and team for this podcast. Itā€™s fun, funny, insightful, and covers a variety of topics that resonate with me. Highly recommend!

Itā€™s what Iā€™m looking for in podcasting
Itā€™s a really good podcast. Thatā€™s for the people who might not want to read a long post lol. In the ā€œpodcast spaceā€ a lot of people tend to start podcasts for the simple goal of being heard and maybe making money. This doesnā€™t seem like those. Itā€™s really informative yet remains lively (imagine Amanda not keeping the energy up lol), and she brings on great guests. Many of the guests I already knew, but it doesnā€™t seem like sheā€™s bringing on people because of their popularity. She clearly brings them on because of the value they bring to her and her audience.

Returning Listener! Wonderful growth
I followed Amanda from Insecure, and followed Issa from YouTube. Iā€™m a fan of Amandaā€™s comedy. She lost me a bit during the pandemic with a focus on astrology and mysticism. Anyway, Iā€™m back. I work from home and love podcasts. Iā€™m proud of Amanda. Sheā€™s grown as a host and interviewer. Itā€™s inspiring. Keep up the great work and content!

Amanda is a thoughtful and intentional interviewer. Really enjoyed KevOnStage and MrsKevOnStage

Hateful bigot
Amanda doesnā€™t think Jewish people are humans. She truly enjoyed watching gross violence against innocent people that she has deemed ā€œare on stolen landā€. Pretty sure she lives in America which is on stolen land so by her logicā€¦ā€¦
Boo apple!
SO GOOD!
Just LOVE this podcast.

All the things for Representative Crockett & Amanda
The Jasmine Crockett episode is an essential listen to really understand why the current system is in disarray and why weā€™ve got to be strategic with our votes. There is way too much at stake. Thank you Jasmine for your passion, your integrity and your brilliance. Thank you Amanda beating the drum to embrace critical thinking.

I love love loved this episode. It was so educational as well. I felt like I kind of knew a little about some of the topics and I feel like she dumbed it down for me to understand way better. Thank you Amanda šŸ’ššŸ’ššŸ’š

All hail Amanda!
Iā€™ve been listening since the beginning. Amanda will school you on things you thought you knew everything about. Be open and optimistic to learn. She comes with her opinion and the facts to match! Love Amanda and watching her grow and evolve into her truest form has felt so rewarding. Especially with the documentary, I just purchased it and plan on watching as soon as I get these kids to sleep. So proud of you Amanda, would love to see you on tour again. Just come to MA so I donā€™t have to drive to NY again. Even if you donā€™t Iā€™ll still travel just to have that experience again.

I didnā€™t know how much I rocked with Amanda until I found Small Doses. I usually listen while I work out. The podcasts are informative, sometimes serious, usually goofy, and hella relatable.

Masterpiece: Marianne Williamson interview
Amanda does a great job of posing questions in a sort of chronological order. This helps provide a base level understanding of who Marianne is any why she deserves to be considered for the 2024 presidential election. Amandaā€™s interviewing tenacious style gives Marianne a chance to provide sounds solutions to issues she speaks loudly against. In this interview you will witness the humanity behind Marianneā€™s political views. Job well done! Amanda mayā€™ve bought herself the opportunity to be Marianneā€™s communications director. If you know, you know. Great job Amanda! Thinks for seeing the value in having this conversation on your platform!

Love Amanda's Realness
This show is so thoughtful-provoking, hilarious and my favorite, unapologetically black. Amanda is just such a beautiful and blessed soul. I love her, love the guests she brings on and the types of questions and interviews she leads. She can get deep one minute and be talking about poop and laughing the next.

Amanda be makin sense
Iā€™m a fan. She makes sense and focuses on the meat of the issue (often some foolishness) & holds feet to the fire while also bringing the levity. An excellent conversationalist. Have been following her career for a while & started giving the full episodes a whirl. Not disappointed! She had my fave on (Durand Bernarr) & I had to gā€™on head & leave a review!

Very Good (in my Tabitha Brown voice)
I really enjoyed the conversation with Tabitha Brown. I love how honest and authentic you both were in this episode. Two of my favorite creators together was such an amazing listen!

Love this Podcast
My favorite episode so far has been Yamaneika Saunders. Iā€™m listening to the Mean Girls episode now and I think that your explanation was dope and should apply to people who have been labeling all men who donā€™t reciprocate the same feelings, actions etc as narcissists. We have been over using the word. Just as there is a difference between girls who arenā€™t your tribe and men girls, their is a difference between men who donā€™t want you or want you like you want them and narcissists.

Amazing podcast
I saw a clip on IG with TS Madison that made me come and download this podcast! The part 2 of the living out loud episode was so good. I recently started therapy and everything Amanda said to TS Madison about why go to therapy was spot on. I am looking forward to listening to some of the older episodes too. I am grateful that I came across this podcast at this time ā¤ļø definitely one of my new favorites for the weekly rotation! Thank you Amanda Seales

KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED AT SMALL DOSES WITH MS. SEALES
This podcast gives soooo much free game and education for people. Amanda is a wealth of knowledge who is able to effectively speak about sometimes hard to digest topics. I really appreciate her eloquence, her sense of humor, and her commitment to vocalizing TRUTH. I listen to this podcast on the regular and even went to her show in San Francisco when she came to my hometown which was outstanding. Shes even better in person. Shoutout to Amanda Seales man we need people listening to more voices like hers!

Girl Group Dynamics
This is the first time Iā€™ve listened to an episode of Small Doses and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. I really feel like I was privy to a private conversation between Amanda and Kandi. I liked hearing from Kandi in a way that felt unfiltered and true to who she is as opposed to the RHOA filter. I learned a lot about her through the conversation that I found interesting.

Dead on with what happened today in my life
The fact that todays episode goes hand in hand with not just my life and everyone elseā€™s but I literally had to deal with my partners mother and everything you said about the mothers and sons vs daughters itā€™s just dead on how she still passed down that trauma and seems everyone is blind to it all this just opened my eyes more and I appreciate all your truths and wisdom and humor your the best

Okay
I used to really love this podcast but as of lately it hasnā€™t been the same. I wish she would focus on more fun/light hearted topics sometimes.. the political/socially conscious topics, while extremely important, just feel like overkill now. Iā€™m fatigued from these conversations on every other media outlet. It was nice when this podcast was an escape from that.

Side Effects Of My Trip To Kenya Review
I rarely listen to podcasts. I was on the plane, Delta šŸ¤£ none the less, and saw Amanda had a podcast. Well, the plane WiIfi wouldnā€™t connect so I couldnā€™t listen. Today I had a lengthy subway ride, so I searched and listened, and loved! Just hearing how you are helping pay for school is so awesome. You are using blessings to provide blessings. I really was engaged to the whole episode. I went to Egypt in 2019 and was totally relating to seeing animals where in America we normally wouldnā€™t. I seen a man being pulled by a donkey on a cart on the highway. And going to the Pyramids, being in the desert was awe-inspiring. I stayed in Cairo and regret not taking the train to Alexandria to se the sea! But, it is also the same having to go through metal detectors to get in some cafes, the mall, the hotel, which even had an X-ray machine like the airport. And the traffic was just horrible, but everything was cheap in Egypt. I also felt a peace over my spirit that brought calmness that I never experienced as an adult. It was either because I was so far away, or because I was in the Motherland. It was truly the best trip Iā€™ve taken so far. I want to go to Kenya, and listening to your podcast episode makes me want to even more. I look forward to listening to more episodes, and thank you Amanda for being you! The way you tell a story is truly engaging, and you have a knack! And you are also a wonderful humanitarian. I love your IG!

Amanda Seales: your podcast and radio show absolutely give me so much life; there are so many side effects of listening to the Amanda Seales show & Small Doses (with Amanda Seales)- this may include: - finding out most of your education sucked - identifying with different people from different walks of life and - going down many rabbit holes in the internet seeking more information With that said- I absolutely will not quit. I actually love your existence and appreciate your effort to help others. Thank you!
