Our mission at Slightly Educated is to create a space where exceptional black individuals from different backgrounds (Our speakers) can feel empowered to be their most authentic selves and share their successes, failures, and experiences to educate the next generation of the black community.
We firmly believe that "seeing is believing." That is why we showcase a wide array of perspectives and experiences brought forth by our speakers to show young black individuals whatever they hope to achieve is possible.
