The boys are joined by Kirk Haworth, chef-owner of the plant based fine dining restaurant ‘Plates’ in East London and creator of ‘Chefs Wellness’ - a monthly wellbeing session for hospitality. 

Kirk talks about his years cooking at 1, 2- and 3-star level around the world before contracting Lyme Disease in Australia and the agony from taking 4 years to diagnose. A change of diet played a huge role in his recovery and the questions are asked “how important is food over medicine?
