SOUL, brought to you by NeurotriS, Barry chats with Victor Spaulding.   Victor is a personal trainer in Philadelphia.  He has a degree from Pierce College in Business Administration, but his path took him to personal training.   He became a certified personal trainer through NASM/  He began his career about 5 years ago.  Since then he has become one of the leaders in Philadelphia's fitness scene, even being selected to be a lululemon Legacy Ambassador.   He now trains at Philly Phitness and owns On Wellness Reset with his wife Nicole.   On Wellness Reset When Victor and Nicole first met they bonded over traveling and fitness. As they grew together they realized that they also loved bringing people together.  Victor has been a personal trainer for 6 years and has been sharing his vast knowledge of wellness with his clients. His joy and kindness for others are infectious. He loves to lead his clients to achieve and surpass their goals  Nicole has been working in the nutrition industry for the last three years. She owned her own meal prep business, where she would teach clients about healthy food choices and prepare their meals. She currently works as a Nutrition Specialist in a physicians office. She loves to teach others about food and how it affects their bodies!  Together, they have created a space where people can escape and take time for themselves as well as connect with others. Their first Reset in January was a smashing success. "we are so excited to share this experience with as many people as possible and spread wellness!"

Barry welcomes Brenda Cumming to SKIN. BODY. SOUL.  Brenda is a bad ass, deadlifting, nurse, skin care brand founder.  Brenda, yes, again, she is an RN who broke off from the medical field and started a medical spa in the early 2000's. Her spa is called Medical Aesthetics.   She is a dynamic skin care educator and business development professional and helped to build the business for a major skin care brand in the United States. After years of successful sales she ended up branching off and helping to create one of the leading professional skin care brands in country.   She is also one of the Founders of Lira Clinical She still maintains her medical spa in the suburbs of Denver while traveling extensively with Lira.
