Fun to hear about some cross-training options for water skiers

As a competitive skier it is always great to see podcasts from skiers that I can relate to their stories and situations. I especially liked the last episode Overrated and Underrated. I have been a Gary V fan as well for quite awhile so that was a good tribute. Our sport could use as much exposure as possible so what better than podcasts. I ski in CA where it gets cold in the winter and I wish I could train in Florida so hearing them talking about West Palm Beach this time of year makes me a little jealous. Keep up the good work.

Good info thanks! I’ve been doing 6 pass sets. Sometimes repeated passes but not sure I’ve gone out with the double pass plan. I’ll try that.
